Coaching Contract
The client's written or verbal agreement to continue being coached beyond the introductory session constitutes the start of the coaching contract. If at any time the client does not wish to continue the coaching contract will be terminated upon confirmation from the client in writing and any advance payments for sessions not yet completed will be refunded to the client.
Payment Terms
Payment for individual coaching programmes and workshops is in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Payment for coaching programmes is due within 15 days of the date of the invoice or by the date of the first coaching session whichever is sooner. Payment is by electronic bank transfer cheque or credit card through Paypal.
VAT
VAT does not apply.
Additional charges
Where applicable there is no charge for train travel within London's 6 travel zones or travel by car within a radius of approximately 30km from New Malden. Travel beyond these agreed areas is charged at cost for standard rail travel or at 40 pence per mile.
The cost of meeting rooms and other venues is not included in the price of individual coaching. For public workshops bespoke workshops and individual coaching the cost of materials is included in the price unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
A minimum of 4 days notice is required for cancellations of any coaching session. Failure to give notice may result in a late cancellation fee being charged at a rate of 50% of the normal fee for the session.
Intellectual Property
The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all content images and material used in workshops and coaching sessions or contained on the website and any promotional materials are the property of Julia Barnickle unless otherwise stated and may not be published distributed reproduced or altered without explicit permission.
Marketing
The details of coaching sessions will be kept confidential at all times. Upon completion of the coaching contract the client will be requested:
- to provide a testimonial
- to give permission for a summary of the discussed issues and solutions to be published as an anonymous case study on the website and in other promotional material
Feedback
At the end of the coaching contract the client will be asked to complete a feedback form to aid the coach in improvements to coaching technique and client service.
Referrals
All clients are requested to refer us to three individuals or companies who may benefit from our coaching and training services.
